Prior to my careers as a therapist, coach and teacher, I worked in psychology research at the University of Washington & have continued my work as a transpersonal teacher/researcher. This provides deep, theoretical knowledge of research-based modalities i.e.: DBT, CBT & IFS. I also rely on methods from relational, psychodynamic, narrative & depth psychology.
