I work with adult individuals and couples to target unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, improve coping abilities, strengthen interpersonal connections, and increase life satisfaction. Using an eclectic and holistic therapeutic framework, I believe there is often more than one path to better emotional health.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years of experience in my field. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am Level I Gottman trained. In addition to my therapy practice I have worked in hospitals, mental health clinics, and a cancer center counseling patients and their families.
