As a neurodivergent young adult myself, I specialize in providing understanding and compassionate care to support my clients in achieving their goals. Often, my clients are looking for support to help them improve their inner motivation, explore their problems of living, identify and implement strategies to optimize their daily functioning, develop a healthy support network, and prioritize their holistic wellness.
