I am primarily a cognitive-behavioral therapist although I employ mindfulness, brainspotting, and other interventions that are proven to be effective. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) focuses on the now and planning for the future, utilizing practical skills to manage emotions and reframe thinking patterns that are no longer serving you well.
