I am here to guide you in connecting the dots between your current symptoms and your past. Working from a psychodynamic therapeutic orientation, I focus on early attachments, trauma, and experiences in hopes to uncover learned patterns of being that no longer serve you. This makes it easier to create new patterns to live an emotionally regulated life.
