Are life's circumstances robbing your peace? I would like to encourage you to reclaim that integral part of yourself. I offer a safe environment where each therapy session will be an opportunity for your voice to be heard. The therapeutic process will include insight thereby working toward changing ineffective patterns hindering your "best life." I work to equip individuals, couples, families and children to communicate their story and explore resolution. I believe in holistic healing of the body, mind, and spirit. I am a faith-based therapist and Christian spirituality may be incorporated as a therapeutic intervention upon request.
I offer Neurofeedback training. It is shown to improve emotional regulation, sleep issues, memory, focus and attention areas. My experience has also been working with children and parents. Our office holds a playroom that meets the needs of children working out distress, anxiety, & trauma through play.
I am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These evidence based techniques are highly effective in treating many types of psychological distress including trauma/ PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I would be honored to work alongside you to reach your therapeutic goals.
