I work to equip individuals, couples, families and children to communicate their story and explore resolution. I believe in holistic healing of the body, mind, and spirit. I am a faith-based therapist and Christian spirituality may be incorporated as a therapeutic intervention upon request.
I offer Neurofeedback training. It is shown to improve emotional regulation, sleep issues, memory, focus and attention areas. My experience has also been working with children and parents. Our office holds a playroom that meets the needs of children working out distress, anxiety, & trauma through play.
I am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These evidence based techniques are highly effective in treating many types of psychological distress including trauma/ PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I would be honored to work alongside you to reach your therapeutic goals.
