About
We will collaboratively work to restore the true, authentic you. As women, we often take on many roles; professionals, friends, sisters, daughters, mothers, grandmothers, and more. We so often are forced by others in our lives and by society to lose ourselves in our roles, especially after becoming mothers. I seek to walk alongside women as they rediscover who they are without the pressure or stigmas of who they "should" be. I believe that your treatment should be tailored to you; offering an integrative approach which includes different therapeutic modalities based upon your needs and not simply to check the "correct" boxes.
I broadly specialize in women and trauma. I offer treatment for complex issues such as PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, perinatal metal health, non-traditional relationships, and sexual health. I am MAPS and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy trained, as well as EMDR trained with advance trainings in perinatal trauma and early childhood trauma in adults.
I work from a holistic trauma-informed gender affirming approach, integrated with other modalities to promote overall wellness in order to meet your unique therapeutic needs. Each client will receive their own individualized holistic treatment plan, which is created and changed collaboratively as therapy progresses.
