My role as a therapist is to work in a deep and supportive manner. I strive to foster a compassionate and safe space for you to explore who you are, your patterns, creative aspects, and trauma. I value guiding clients on their journey to cultivate deeper insight into their lives, fostering personal growth and healing. I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples working through anxiety, life transitions, attachment trauma, guilt, shame, self-sabotage, lack of fulfillment, relationship issues, college issues, boundaries, sex issues, self-esteem, family conflict, codependency, and acute trauma.
My approach combines Somatic therapy with Depth psychology, creating a safe space for you to explore past trauma, current patterns, and dysregulating emotions you may be experiencing. I work to increase connection between mind, body, and soul, deepen our understanding of who we are, and provide science-backed tools to make new choices.
I teach how to slow down, to sink below the surface of your day-to-day and begin to see the patterns, beliefs, hurts, and sensations that drive your actions.
