I am so glad that you stopped by and took the time to read about me and explore the possibility of working together.Getting started is always the hardest part of any road to change. Deciding who you are going to trust with your information is also an important part of your new beginnings. I want to be supportive of your goals and work together in discovering how you can reach and surpass them. In my time away from being a therapist, the most important thing to me is my family - my wife and three young children - and spending as much of my time with them that I can. I enjoy hiking, fishing, cooking and reading when I have the time.
My therapeutic framework comes from Existential theory which seeks to create meaning in life and answer “What is the point and what should I do with it?” I hope for most of our conversations to feel comfortable and open like friends talking while maintaining professional boundaries.
