I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with three years of experience partnering with children, adolescents, and adults seeking help with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Adventist University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I utilize cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, relational, collaborative, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy while maintaining the warmth, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best help each unique individual meet their goals.
