Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, healing from previous trauma? Taking the first step of talking to someone can be an overwhelming process. I offer a free phone consultation for us to spend a few minutes getting acquainted and help you to feel more comfortable before our first session. I can help guide you through what to expect in beginning counseling with me.
If you don't trust someone, why would you talk to them? I'm here to develop healthy therapeutic relationships so that you feel comfortable addressing the issues in your life. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as models to help us navigate through these difficult situations.
