Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Tennessee. I am a Christian, husband and father, I bring over 15 years of experience, mainly in an Intensive Outpatient Program setting. My expertise includes working with adolescents and adults battling co-occurring disorders. In my individual practice I enjoy helping individuals with Men's issues, marital struggles, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Self-esteem. Additionally, I provide supervision to pre-licensed counselors in Tennessee. I currently have openings within the next 5-7 days. There exists a stigma surrounding men seeking counseling. My goal is to simplify the process of entering counseling. I take pleasure in aiding men to discover healing or purpose in their lives. However, my services are not exclusive to men; women can also benefit from a male counselor. My approach centers on person-centered therapy, family systems, and CBT.

Indeed, we are all human, and it's okay to laugh. Humor plays a significant role in therapy. Virtual counseling offers a non-threatening approach to start the therapeutic process.
