My mission is to create a collaborative, feedback-informed environment, ensuring you feel supported as you embrace challenges and pursue the change you desire. I work with many clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-worth. I have experience helping many couples through their most difficult moments by creating a greater connection with each other.
With diverse experience in primary care clinics, grief counseling, and private practice I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Additionally, I offer family therapy for families navigating stressors relating to neurodiversity including systemic treatment for families navigating Autism related challenges.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an Assistant Professor and supervisor for Couple and Family Therapy students, staying at the forefront of research and training in the field. I’m currently accepting new clients in Kentucky and Indiana with flexibl m dedicated to providing a space where your voice is heard in a feedback informed environment.
