Together we can get you to where you want to be. I am a licensed independent social worker (LISW) who is passionate about helping clients work through the issues they're struggling with and improve their mental health and overall well-being. I believe in providing a safe, judgment free environment of compassion, support, and unconditional positive regard to help my clients overcome obstacles in their lives so that they can move forward and thrive.

I practice a variety of therapy techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Mindfulness based therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, strengths-based, and Dialectical-Behavioral (DBT). Once we begin therapy, we will create a treatment plan and integrate any types of therapy that are most beneficial.
