Choosing a therapist can often be difficult and overwhelming. By now you probably viewed at least five different therapists- give or take. Currently, I have over 15 years of experience and have worked in various clinical settings. Next, I provide individual, family, and couple's therapy. Every person is different and comes into therapy with their own unique culture, beliefs, and morals. As such I will provide and offer a non-judgmental space that will allow you to work through personal issues and areas that are in need of improvement. My specialty areas include couple's and family therapy, along with parenting classes as well.
