Accepting New Clients- I offer a non-traditional approach to therapy that integrates IFS, ecotherapy, grief work, Jungian mythology and other modalities to help people reconnect with who they are and how they want to live. Many people today feel disconnected from themselves, uncertain of their path, or overwhelmed by the stresses and pace of modern life. Transitions, loss, and change can leave us feeling disoriented and untethered. Yet feeling lost can also be the first step toward finding your way again.
Through personal exploration, inner-parts work, meaning-making, connection with nature, and building healthy relationships, I help clients reconnect with themselves and live a life with more meaning, vitality, and authenticity. Healing is more than reducing symptoms. It’s remembering who you are and restoring a sense of wholeness, purpose, and belonging.

Earth Village Community Program, 2024
Earth village is a 9-month exploration in building community, healthy culture, sustainability and nature connection for adults. The program meets monthly and has one overnight campout in the fall.
