Embarking on a journey of healing with a therapist who understands your unique experience can make all the difference. My foundation is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I am trained in EMDR, and am a CSAT-C. I also encourage the exploration of existential conflicts and find that this is often fertile ground for growth.
EMDR is an evidence-based, transformational psychotherapy used to mend the wounds of trauma and root causes of present challenges. If you feel more comfortable with talk therapy, a psychodynamic approach is used for deep exploration and healing.
