I believe we can always grow and change—even when life feels overwhelming. If you’ve been suffering in silence, struggling to manage big emotions, or just feel like anxiety has you trapped on the business end of a bulldozer, I’m here to help you figure it out. I specialize in working with men and teen boys who want to overcome trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. Our thoughts, feelings, and experiences are important, but we don’t have to feel like they’re holding us hostage. Instead, we can learn to find purpose, resilience, and peace in who we are—not just what we feel or think.

My approach is authentic, honest, collaborative, and never one-size-fits-all. You won’t get a blank slate just nodding along in front of you. Instead, we’ll work as a team. My goal is to help you feel empowered to reclaim your story and find meaning in a world that might feel pretty meaningless and out-of-control sometimes.
