I work with men who are capable and put-together on the outside, but internally feel stuck, unclear, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and growth-oriented, but struggle with self-esteem, emotional clarity, confidence, relationships, or a sense of who they really are.
My work often focuses on identity, self-worth, inner criticism, shame, emotional expression, dating, marriage, fatherhood, career pressure, and the feeling of needing to “have it all together.” I help men better understand what they feel, what they need, what they want, and how to show up in their lives with more.
I'm a licensed therapist in New York, Level 1 and Level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with individuals and couples, in person in Rockland County and online throughout New York State. I also help people lost in their career find direction by identifying their real passions and skills.
