In our work together, I offer a structured yet compassionate space to explore anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll identify relational patterns, cultivate awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience to support healthier relationships with yourself and with others.

Together, we will utilize mindfulness-based therapy to increase emotional regulation and foster a deeper sense of meaning and connection in daily life. I use an approach that is best described as softness with structure. I will offer an abundance of resources for you to engage with between sessions if that appeals to you.
