I strive to be available for clients that are looking for acceptance, care and therapeutic insight. My goal is to walk with individuals that desire to know more about themselves and can ultimately become their own therapist, to know themselves fully and completely, as anyone can. As any human, you may struggle with interpersonal relationships and/or the inner workings of self. We all have a journey to experience and a story to tell about it. I am here to help navigate the journey, identify the adventure, and tell the story.
I am experienced in working with adult men and women of all ages experiencing a wide variety of psychological and relational difficulties. My purpose is to sit with the individual, couple, or family, and examine areas of health as well as impairment. I believe growth and change come from within and sometimes it requires assistance to sort through all of it.
I sit with the individual across from me, to model a healthy relationship that can be both simultaneously uncomfortable and vulnerable, and safe and inviting. I strive to step into a healthy, intimate and always professional relationship, and yet get out of the way. My goal as a therapist is to allow you the space you need to feel and process.
