Hello there! Welcome to my page, my name is Justin Hoeck and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience working with clients in this field. In my work, I have provided services in a variety of settings from residential to outpatient, in person, and through telehealth. I primarily work with teens and adults, assisting them with topics such as depression, anxiety, life adjustments, grief, and more. I truly believe that I have been placed on Earth to help others heal and become the best version of themselves.
I pride myself on being an Integrative Therapist, meaning I utilize a variety of different treatment modalities to cater my work to each individual. My primary treatment modalities are Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, & Existentialism. I have also completed level 3 of the Gottman Couples Method Training.
