Hello there! Welcome to my page, my name is Justin Hoeck and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience working with clients in this field. In my work, I have provided services in a variety of settings from residential to outpatient, in person, and through telehealth. I primarily work with teens and adults, assisting them with topics such as depression, anxiety, life adjustments, grief, and more. I truly believe that I have been placed on Earth to help others heal and become the best version of themselves.
I pride myself on being an Integrative Therapist, meaning I utilize a variety of different treatment modalities to cater my work to each individual. My primary treatment modalities are Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, & Existentialism. I have also completed level 2 of the Gottman Couples Method Training.
Each and every one of us experiences times in our lives when we need help. Unfortunately, many of us feel as though it is too daunting or shameful to ask for it.
