In-person therapy with Families, Couples, and Individuals with telehealth when relevant during treatment. I may offer to invite a co-therapist when of clinical benefit. Internal Family Systems (IFS) or informed treatment modalities have been most successful over the last 15yrs for a multitude of goals. Feedback is both helpful and appreciated at all times!
