I have experience working with, and welcome, people of different sexual orientations, gender identities, race, spirituality, and cultural backgrounds. I also have experience working with social workers and therapists.
My role as therapist is to support clients through challenges they face. I help them access their own wisdom, resiliency, and compassion so they can learn, grow, and heal. Therapeutic support may also take the form of working on finding solutions to more practical life problems.
I utilize a variety of therapies and evidence based treatment approaches such as Internal Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness approaches. I'd be happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have about my practice.
