I provide support in resolving shame and healing from relational trauma while fostering inner peace and self-connection. My work often includes supporting clients in unpacking social pressures and challenging self-limiting beliefs.
My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, emotionally focused, somatic, attachment-based, mindfulness, and anti-oppressive frameworks. I work with individuals navigating relational trauma, shame, self-esteem concerns, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, existential questions, and attachment-related challenges.
