You've been feeling inadequate, weak, & misunderstood. As if your feelings and voice do not matter. You are feeling emotionally & mentally unstable. Your attempts to feel grounded & lay down roots have been met with unbearable stress & loneliness. You begin feeling angry because it seems like others around you have it all figured out. You are left wondering if there is something wrong with you. You are eager for a change, but you’re unsure where to ask for help. You have heard about therapy on social media & through word of mouth, but you find it risky opening up to a stranger. I am here to let you know those feelings are normal.
As a gay & mixed therapist, I love working with LGBTQ+ persons dealing with managing their emotions. In therapy I prioritize being open minded & non judgmental. This style of therapy helps you improve boundary setting, acknowledge your past traumas, & how to become a better you. After a few sessions you’ll see a vast improvement in your sadness & anxiety.
Don't continue to let all of your feelings & thoughts hold you back; let's collaborate to get you out of this funk! You only get ONE life. It's too damn precious to not live it to the fullest. Life can be hard but you still deserve happiness. Call TODAY so you can start living your best life! My assistant is excited to get you scheduled.
