Hello, I’m a therapist dedicated to working with men and boys aged 13 and up. In today’s society, males face unique mental health challenges, such as navigating toxic masculinity, addressing pornography use, and building close, meaningful relationships. Additionally, there are many barriers that make it difficult for men to seek and engage in therapeutic work. In my practice, I strive to meet men where they are, making therapy both rigorous and enjoyable. My goal is to support you in the hard work of healing and self-improvement.
My career began in substance abuse and corrections, where I gained valuable experience. I later transitioned to focusing on childhood trauma. This diverse background equips me to help you: 1. Find the motivation to change and improve negative habits and 2. Heal your inner child and address deep-seated wounds.
My philosophy in therapy is that an enjoyable, safe and trusting relationship is the foundation of growth and healing. I strive to build that kind of relationship and make therapy something you look forward to.
