I notice feelings, even the ones people try to hide. I help people gently explore those feelings with powerful techniques so old hurts can heal, good feelings can grow stronger, and couples can understand each other better. This therapy is like taking off dark sunglasses during golden hour. Little by little, the beauty of your life becomes easier to see, including yourself and the people you love, until your inner world and your relationships begin to feel like home rather than places you try to run from.

I specialize in working with sexual trauma survivors and other therapists. I use somatic (body-based) therapy to help heal trauma through the mind-body connection. I offer EMDR, Brainspotting, movement, sandtray, parts work, dream work, and nature-based therapy. We'll only use what feels right for you, and I'll gently guide you through anything new.

I don’t pretend to know what's right for you, but I’m here to help you listen to your own wisdom, offering support, curiosity, and effective therapeutic tools. I do this by creating a space of deep presence and listening, where you can experience healing and growth without needing to change or perform, and learn to trust your own wisdom.
