I am a trauma therapist grounded in somatic, attachment-based, embodied, and mindfulness approaches. I work with people experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction, life transitions, unwanted behavioral patterns, and insomnia, with a focus on creatives, artists, dancers, neurodiverse people, males, couples, and members of the Jewish community. I believe these challenges often stem from attachment wounds, unprocessed stress and/or trauma, and systemic oppression. My approach is evidence-supported, body-based, and relational, moving at your pace to help you feel safe and reconnect with yourself.

I use body-based approaches that connect mind and body through breath and mindfulness. Supportive touch can be included to help with grounding and deeper processing. I also use EMDR, Brainspotting, expressive arts, sandtray, and parts work (IFS) —but I only use what feels right for you, and I’ll guide you if you’re not sure what these methods are.

I don’t pretend to know what's right for you, but I’m here to help you listen to your own wisdom, offering support, curiosity, and effective therapeutic tools. I do this by creating a space of deep presence and listening, where you can experience healing and growth without needing to change or perform, and learn to trust your own wisdom.
