I offer somatic-based therapies using a humanistic and experiential approach. Folks, I work with typically struggle with trauma, grief, excessive worry, persistent sadness, relationship difficulties, addiction, life transitions, and compulsive behaviors. I believe that developmental, intergenerational, and complex trauma are often the root cause of this suffering, and the therapies I use help to resolve that trauma. However, even more important than the techniques is our relationship and how you relate to yourself. I prioritize the quality of our connection by using present-moment interventions to ensure we are aligned.
I use somatic techniques grounded in polyvagal theory, tapping into the mind-body connection, often through awareness of sensation, breath, and movement. Supportive touch can be included for grounding and connection. I specialize in Brainspotting, expressive arts, sandtray, IFS, and Gestalt to help clients process trauma beyond traditional talk therapy.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’m here to help you listen to your own—offering support, curiosity, and powerful therapeutic tools as you navigate your path. My goal is to create a space and relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering—an environment where you can be fully seen and supported in your growth.
