In my practice, I work primarily with people who are suffering from addiction, anxiety, trauma/Complex PTSD, and grief. I value understanding people from a holistic lens. I try to hold the tension of pushing my clients toward growth while also honoring the importance of allowing the process to unfold in its own time.
