Groups
Hidden Patterns
Hidden Patterns is a men's support group for individuals struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography use, infidelity, and unhealthy relationship patterns. This group provides a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to explore the emotional, relational, and behavioral factors driving these concerns. Members gain support, accountability, and practical tools to improve emotional regulation, manage urges, build healthy boundaries, and strengthen relationships. Topics include sexual compulsivity, pornography recovery, shame, self-esteem, attachment issues, communication skills, and personal growth. For additional support, group members may also participate in individual EMDR therapy to address underlying trauma and emotional triggers contributing to problematic behaviors.
