Taking that first step is the most difficult part of the healing process. It takes courage to seek out help. My goal is to normalize that it is ok to struggle and asking for help is not a sign of defeat, but of bravery to try something new and look at your problems from a different angle. In therapy I help with perspective taking and building skills in order to address trauma, negative thinking, processing diagnosis, and much more. I encourage you to take the dive. It will be worth it.

In therapy I provide an evidence based treatment approach. Most of the time we want our difficult thoughts and feelings to just go away and sometimes that can make them worse and more prevalent. My approach is to help my clients become more psychologically flexible and handle the inevitable problems that happen in life.
I strive to help my clients with their unique needs. I endeavor to provide a safe space for my clients to talk about their concerns and needs in a comfortable environment for therapy or if taking assessments. Having a trusting and collaborative relationship with my client is my highest priority.
