Many of us reach points in our lives when we feel anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or just generally unhappy. Making the choice to go to therapy can be a difficult decision. However, once that choice is made, it sets the healing journey in motion. With this one decision, you will have the opportunity to explore those places within yourself that need tending in a caring, supportive environment. My practice is guided by the idea we sometimes need support, and by working collaboratively we will find the tools and insight to build a foundation for a more productive and satisfying life.
I work in a way that respects all of the life experiences, beliefs, and personal strengths each individual brings into therapy. To do so, I draw on multiple therapeutic approaches to embrace that diversity of experience and arrive at a plan and style that is best suited for each client.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and have experience helping those with depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma and autism spectrum disorders. My practice is currently full. I will update this page when I have space available.
