Hey there! I am a Christian Licensed Professional Counselor based in Tennessee, with over 15 years of experience, primarily in an Intensive Outpatient Program. As a husband and father, I have dedicated my career to supporting adolescents and adults facing challenges such as addictions, depression, and anxiety. I find great fulfillment in helping individuals navigate these issues through counseling. Additionally, I provide supervision to pre-licensed counselors in Tennessee, fostering the next generation of professionals in our field. Just because I am a Christian does not mean I will force any of my beliefs on you.
I am deeply committed to addressing men's issues and the stigma associated with seeking mental health support. Understanding that women also face significant trauma, I have supported many teenagers from both genders through their challenges. It is fulfilling to help guide these individuals on their personal paths, recognizing the importance of healing.
Loneliness is a national epidemic; people crave human connection. Counseling is a great way to engage with another person when you don't know what the next step is.
