I currently work in a private practice setting in Kingwood specializing in working with clients who want to improve their marital relationship by addressing underlying issues causing dissatisfaction or conflict. I also specialize in walking alongside clients who are experiencing the myriad of emotions that follow a significant loss, including a spouse, child, or divorce. I approach clients with the utmost support, care, and concern for their overall health and wellness. Every effort is made to ensure the best possible therapeutic experience while offering a high degree of professionalism yet connectedness with each client.
Relationships are complex and require a unique skill set. When I work with couples emphasis is often placed on identifying personal issues that may be unintentionally manifesting in the relationship. Often times clients discover a different source of their problems than what they imagined prior to beginning therapy.
I simultaneously specialize in supporting clients who are experiencing raw emotions following a significant loss, including a spouse, child, or divorce. Through my experience facilitating four GriefShare groups, I observed how addressing the fears, sadness, and sense of loss within the context of a supportive atmosphere reinstills hope in life.
