I work with adults and teens offering individual counseling via telehealth. Have the past few years been mentally challenging for you? Have you been mentally impacted by the pandemic? I provide supports and strategies to help you address concerns for more balanced living. I am a first responding firefighter. I have over 17 years of non-profit experience and over 12 years of counseling experience. I have worked as a Director for a state-funded agency working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have provided support and counseling to at-risk and underprivileged youth, conducted mentoring groups.
I can help you with work-life balance, anxiety, depression, and stress using a person-centered holistic approach. I am also a Certified Life Coach working with individuals to reach the best version of themselves. I work with adults, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer individual counseling via tele-therapy (HIPPA compliant).
