I help men, couples, and families navigate difficult conversations, understand each other, and move forward with clarity—especially when communication breaks down, emotions run high, or relationships feel stuck or strained.

I facilitate difficult conversations—helping you pause and reflect, express what matters, and truly hear each other. I work with couples, co-parents, and estranged family members to reduce conflict, rebuild trust, and move through issues that feel stuck or impossible to resolve. Many of my clients come to me after being encouraged by their spouse.

I bring experience as a pastor, counselor, and former City Manager navigating high-pressure decisions. I provide a space to reflect, gain perspective, and understand what’s really going on—while gently guiding conversations when needed. The purpose of this group is to help men be more deeply known and cared for. Men meet in a safe and intentional setting and have the opportunity to talk about the most important things in their lives. Members receive care from the group in the form of understanding, empathy, and, only upon request, accountability and advice.
