I help people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or past experiences that still impact their lives. If you find yourself overthinking, stuck in patterns, or struggling to feel like yourself, we’ll work together to build clarity, confidence, and lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and able to move forward.
I work with a broad spectrum of issues and diagnoses. I have special interest and training in the following: CPTSD/EMDR; LGBTQAI; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); adolescent mental health; family therapy; grief/loss; compulsive hoarding;positive psychology/life coaching; and shame/low self-worth. My approach is caring and solution focused.
