For two decades, I've dedicated myself to helping people overcome anxiety and trauma. While talk therapy has its merits, it doesn't always reach the core issue. This quest for the most efficient, lasting relief led me to the Neuro Emotional Technique and later, to a 4-year journey through Chinese medical school to master acupuncture. In treatment sessions with me, the focus is on pinpointing the areas of emotional imbalance within your body and facilitating their safe release. My multi-faceted approach aims for quick, enduring relief, integrating both psychological and physical healing methods.
At The Point, I specialize in treating anxiety and trauma through community acupuncture. In a serene shared space, clients relax in recliners as I place needles at key points on ears, hands, and feet. This induces calm and regulates stress hormones. Sliding scale pricing ($40-$60) makes this holistic approach accessible to all

Groups
Quit Smoking Hypnosis Group
This group is for those interested in quitting smoking. It will last approximately 1 -1.5 hours. We will discuss hypnosis and how it is used to help people quit smoking. I will dispel any myths about hypnosis, and how it is NOT mind control, but a natural phenomena. We will then identify triggers to smoking before we actually go into hypnosis. I encourage participants to go to at least 2 groups. The first group will to eliminate smoking and triggers, and the second group is to identify triggers and stressors that were not previously realized in the first session.
