About
There are many reasons that we find ourselves in need of help. I believe that we all have a desire for our lives to be better, but many times we are unsure of how to reach those goals. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, other mental health needs, or have experienced trauma in your life reaching out for help is the first step toward a better life.
I have worked with a variety of clients who differ in symptoms, severity of symptoms, diagnosis, age, gender, race, religion, and motivation. I have worked with both adults and adolescents in a variety of settings including residential facilities, centers for addiction, community clinics, private practice, and on a college campus.
If you need someone to talk to that is empathic, compassionate, and well educated in a variety of mental health needs, then I can help. I believe in your abilities, your strength, and your goals. I believe that the counseling relationship is just that, a relationship where we work together to help you move to a life where you want to be.
