Do you find yourself struggling to get out of bed? Trying to find meaning in life? Just don't feel like you are living the life God wants you to have? I am here to help you through the peaks and valleys of your journey through life. I strive to create a positive, compassionate, non-judgmental, space for healing. Whether it is exploring difficult emotions, planning for the future, or working through the past, together we will work toward being the person God created you to be.

I am a Christian counselor who focuses primarily with the big issues in life, men's issues, depression, anxiety, change, trauma, motivation issues, sadness, worry, and letting your story be told. Through a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused methods, we will work together to help make you the person you were meant to be.
All of life's burdens feel lighter when shared with others. I invite you to contact me so I can help you lighten the load of life. I offer a positive and warm environment to help you grow. Life is hard, and sometimes going it alone feels impossible. You and I will work together to navigate your journey through life.
