About
I love working with clients who need help in setting and working toward goals, and who find that they would benefit from having professional support in working through their mental health needs and barriers in life. I take a caring, empathetic, and strengths-based approach in my work, which allows me to support individuals of all backgrounds and with unique needs and strengths.
I became a therapist to help people work toward becoming better versions of themselves, working through their issues in a safe setting to achieve the goals they set out for themselves in treatment and in life. I work with adults, children, and adolescents, using a variety of interventions and approaches best suited to the individual needs of each client.
My goal is to meet you where you are, and help you work toward where you want to be. Sessions are open, nonjudgmental, and directed by you, the client. It's never too late to make changes in your life. If you would like to work with me, please don't hesitate to reach out!
