Hello! I am passionate about helping people find the most effective solutions to complex problems. I enjoy aiding clients in growing their inner confidence and belief in themselves, as I believe there is a vast ability for self-healing present in each individual if they can find a way to access it. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, addiction, & ADHD. I honor each individual’s unique perspectives, and aim to meet each client at their current stage of readiness, while encouraging them to grow into what they truly envision for themselves. I take an eclectic approach to therapy and meet each client where they are at. I have an extensive background in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT modalities, as well as mind-body connection and Internal Family Systems for trauma recovery.
