I have a passion for working with BIOPOC (Black, Brown, & Indigenous People of Color), LGBTQ+ youth, trauma, & families in crisis. I've had the honor of working with children and youth with Developmental Disabilities and Autism, chronic illnesses, and clients managing bipolar, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, anger and relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I enjoy working with clients and challenging them to learn new ways of thinking and behaving. I also give specific focus on trauma responses, grief, anger, coping with mental health symptoms, social skills, race related issues, and relationships.
