Groups
Anger Management
You can grow, learn new ways of responding to situations, and develop a satisfying and fulfilling way to live. During this 12 week interactive group you will come to see how your emotions influence your thinking which causes conflict and stress. Interventions will teach you the origin of your anger, its triggers and ways to effectively deal with it. You will be provided a weekly anger log. By recording and analyzing your anger situations you will become more aware of how you respond or react to feelings of frustration, irritation, annoyance, low and high levels of anger, and perhaps even rage.
