I want to see you to walk out your freedom. Do not treat the torments in your life that you've named (anxiety, depression, work stressors, etc.) as pets believing they will simply go away or will stay forever leaving you confined. Get the help you need to make everyday a day worth looking forward to. We all need someone to lean on to. Why not try me. Remember, you are worthy of care.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression and my favorite, bipolar. This is not to say I do not take on the ordinary phase of life situations.
