I work mostly with different generations of immigrants, multicultural individuals, and other marginalized communities.
I'm specialized in utilizing attachment-focused and IFS-informed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help client process past trauma and manage current symptoms. I also utilize evidence-based approaches such as Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, Strength-based, Culturally-sensitive, Neuroscience-informed, and other therapy approaches.
