I'm specialized in utilizing EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), attachment-focused EMDR to help client process past trauma and manage current symptoms. I also utilize other clinical approaches such as psychodynamic, somatic, DBT, ACT, IFS, strength-based, culturally-sensitive, neuroscience-informed, etc.
