Facing challenges is a natural part of life, but sometimes, situations can feel overwhelming. Feelings of hopelessness, self-doubt, anxiousness, and depression can seem out of our control. We may notice disruptive patterns and challenges in our relationships with ourselves and others but feel unsure of how to change them. Our past can haunt us, and we might wonder why we can't experience the happiness and hope others seem to have. Our present grief or fear of change can be debilitating. The truth is happiness and inner peace are achievable, yet we may require a little assistance to find our way. If you are struggling, I can help.
I have a keen perceptivity to address core issues and offer productive and realistic solutions. I am authentic in my approach, compassionate, a great listener, concise, and direct while providing balanced support & encouragement. I specialize in trauma, yet I work with the full spectrum of issues and symptoms that cause people to seek help through counseling
