I have extensive experience working with veterans and military families, as well as with adults who are managing stress, adjustment issues, and emotional pain. My goal is to meet you where you are—with respect, understanding, and a safe space to explore what’s happening inside and around you.

In our work together, I draw from evidence-based methods and a compassionate, collaborative approach to help you heal and grow. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, trauma, addiction or relationship challenges, I’ll help you identify the obstacles standing in your way and build practical coping skills to move forward.
